What if I can't make all the group classes? Will the classes be recorded?
Yes, classes will be recorded so you can listen in later if you miss a class.
Can I request a private group experience for my family or friends or colleagues?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it so you can provide support and accountability to one another during and continuing after the program. We would be happy to facilitate an experience for you and your family, women's group, your closest colleagues or your corporate team. I'm interested in signing up but the current times offered don't work in my schedule. Can I request a group at a specific time?
We welcome your request with open arms! We desire to make this program and content available to as many people as possible, and we would love for you to let us know what days of the week and time of day (ex: Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm EST or Saturday at 10am EST) are best for your schedule. We can't make any guarantees but will try to plan a future group time to accommodate your request.
What if I find I need more support than is available in the group calls?
You may find that your questions, challenges and insights are shared by many people in the group and therefore there is the potential to gain a lot from the others in the group. However, if you are facing a particularly challenging issue, pattern, or circumstance you would like 1:1 help with you are welcome to purchase additional individual sessions with Courtney while you're in the BPR program and/or after the program.
